This exciting programme is developed for young people who have been working with N-Gage through school programmes for a number of years. The programme is a new development for N-Gage, and will see young people being empowered to bid for funding for programmes, and to encourage their peers to take part in social action projects which they organise.

The YLP builds a greater sense of community involvement, the importance of making a positive contribution and the of working as a team.  

Described as "an Urban Duke of Edinburgh, without the camping" the Young Leaders Programme is a really great programme to run with inner city youth who want to build thier CVs, learn about themselves adn working with others, and have a positive impact on their community.
