Now in its 6th year our schools work programme Step Up has gone from strength to strength.

We are really passionate about getting alongside pupils who benefit from the additional support we are able to offer. We have worked with over 500 pupils since we started and are currently meeting 175 pupils per week.

Why are we different to other Alternative Providers?

• We come to you. All our work is done on site all we need is a room and we can operate with small groups of pupils. Saving time and money often associated with offsite provision.

• We are a charity. We are driven by a desire to help make society a better place not profit and costs. We are totally committed to working with those who need support the most.

• We are clear with schools about what we offer and are flexible to deal with issues as they arise. If a pupils needs a one-one with us they get a one to one with us.

• We try where possible to recruit staff that have had challenges themselves so they can really empathise with pupils. In our experience staff talking from experience has a massive impact.
